The company and the product in question are new in the market thereby we have decided to make our operations public by advertising them through social media platform. Our main aim of using social media marketing is to create awareness of our existing company and product to all local alcoholic joints. To achieve our goal we intend on opening Facebook and twitter pages whereby we can post all our activities and uninterrupted interactions between potential customers and the employees of our company. Overview and Landscape A ‘n’ C is a new company in the information and technology industry which has been established to ensure that local outlets dealing with alcoholic beverages offer their services efficiently. The company has based its operations in assembling drones using very high technology in that a customer can seek for services using an app also created by the experts in our company (Scott, 2013).

Many businesses believe that the only sure and safe way to serve their customers is when they get directly and physically involved in the delivery of their goods. Our venture is known to be time and cost saving to both the customer and the owner of the joints selling alcoholic drinks. The world has become very dynamic and any attempt to save peoples time and money is readily welcome in that case protocept aims at achieving the world’s desire hence the source of our opportunity. Rival companies have not fully embraced the aspect of saving time and money for their customers as the fastest way of delivery they advise customers is use of vans. A threat facing our company is that the number of skilled people dealing with our line of production is very few and in addition to that the cost of maintenance of our products is very high (Brown, 2012).

For instance, if a customer seeks to know how our product works and how efficient it is, we answer their question and provide more information relating to the question. In this way we are going to get a glimpse of the impact our product is having on the outside world depending with the number of consumers engaging us. Measuring In the spirit of attaining our goals the top management is tasked with the mandate of testing the performance of our product in the market. Interviews and questionnaires will be distributed to the customers who have already purchased our products and an analysis of the responses given will form the basis of qualitative performance measurement. Quantitative performance will be measured through counting the number of potential and willing customers making contact with our team members (Kurtzke, 2016).
