Summary of the Data Organizational skills and student management had the lowest need with a rank total of 39 each as per the tally of the five teachers. Student engagement is the third with a total rank of 38. Fourthly, student motivation has the rank of 37. The fifth is the needs of diverse learners with a rank total of 28. It needs a lot of concern to make the school achieve the best. Classroom management helps teachers know how to implement the programs effectively in the classroom practice (Darling-Hammond, Hyler & Gardner, 2017). All these topics are very vital in the professional development plan in the area of study hence their selection in this study.
