Hence, it is the most important aspect of a needs assessment (Viglione, et, al. Individual or person analysis is also important because employees have to be assessed to determine their weakness and strengths. It involves analyzing the individual skills and competencies possessed by workers. The acceptable quality and levels of performance from the employees is also another element of an objective, which constitutes good customer service. During training, employees are taken through the quality of services expected from them based on the different scenarios they will have to encounter when they are now deployed to work.

The levels of performances they will have to showcase is also key. The quality and level of performance determine the types of outcomes to be measured in evaluating a training, hence that is why good customer service as an objective can yield different learning outcomes (Garavan, et, al. Another component of a training objective is the conditions that workers are expected to work under, to achieve the desired results. Another big step is to make sure the information gathered by the technology applied is used to train and not to issue punishment in cases where there are offenses. This is important because once a worker realizes that technology has been set up to capture the wrongs they are doing and thereafter a punishment is issued, then they will be afraid and that may not go down well with their levels of performances (Weber, 2015).

The quality of service they offer shall decline because of the fear of being held to account for matters that sometimes happen unintentionally. The effect of such a move is that the outcomes of the training programs significantly improve as a result of employees knowing that the technology is meant for training purposes so that they can personally improve their quality of service delivery. Employee turnover shall also be avoided. The importance of a curriculum road map is that it helps the trainers obtain a balance in the content of the training program. This is possible in the sense that they are able to notice the difficulties the trainees go through. It also allows the trainers to identify the gaps that may emerge, which undermine the quality of the training.
