From my knowledge and the events that took as illustrated in the case my verdict on the case is; a responsibility of care was not well executed and a nurse should be accurate in examining disseminating and observing reports of the progress of the condition of the patient promptly to the doctor. This could create the difference between life and death. The crucial aspects of communication apart from informing the doctor the progress of the patient are giving timely reports on the conditions of the patient and the nature of the communication should be accurate. All these errors caused by human led to the death of the patient in a wrong manner. The hospital has to pay the wife one million dollars for those damages and Ms. Florscheim jailed for at least two years despite her actions not being intentional. [...]
