All this coupled with the ensuing laboratory results in the ABG chart points to pneumonia Appropriate ventilation therapy and the rational The appropriate therapy for this particular patient is the invasive ventilation. This recommendation is deemed the right since the patient seems not to responding to the previous non- invasive ventilation (NIV) interventions such as the non-breather mask as well as the nasal cannular. The patient is also laboring to breath and therefore fully supported ventilation will be the best for this very patient.
