Language both written and verbal are key elements in the teaching and learning process in education therefore challenges with language may have a devastating effect on individual’s learning (Brownell et. al. 2012). The proposed research will investigate strategies practitioners use to support children between the ages of 3-4 with language delay in the mainstream education. Three categories of participants will be the focus used in this research; the speech therapist nursery practitioners and parents.
