The main objective of this research is to make an analysis of GE Company in China and provide suggestion for its future growth. • A desk based market research concerning GE and GE in China. In 2017, GE’s profits in China alone were $9 billion. At GE technological innovation is the major differentiator of the company’s market share and its competitors, clearly articulating its focus in becoming a leading venture. This resulted in the development of ecomagination, a belief that sustainability-oriented businesses strategies would create value for both the society as well as the company’s success.

Its other segmentation is healthymagination, focusing on improving access to affordable healthcare. As a result, the company has the opportunity for bio-energy development. The company established in 1937 with the goal of encouraging research and development as well as innovation. Situated in Shanghai, The CTC was established in 2000 to work with to work with the company’s other R&D centers in order to bring technological growth and products innovation to the market. It is not only the first Research and Development Company in China but one of the few enterprises with fundamental capabilities in research and growth within the country. • Was the CTC’s ICFC strategy successful? Besides, stationing R&D in other areas improves the possibilities of successful innovation. Placing the entire weight in just a single country is not enough because different ideas on a single area will focus on the set idea in that area. Therefore, a combination of the best ideas from various regions generates the best innovation and development of new products as well as the enhancement of overall corporate success (Henderson, 280-262). • To make this strategy successful, what would you suggest Chen do to make this strategy more successful?
