Fallacy under comparative advantages Bullying aspect drove the ideology to cut off US companies in producing goods for the state; Before even arriving into the oval office, Trump applied to threaten the United States companies with border taxes for products they produced abroad. An example was the cancellation of a car plant in Mexico by Ford company due to the Trump’s ideology and concentrated on increasing production in Michigan. The company enjoyed its comparative advantages of producing Ford model cars even within and outside the country which other companies did not match, (Freund, 2017). It was wrongful to introduce such an idea given that even within the Michigan state, the company did produce the same quality and still best as it could do it in Mexico and other branches across the region.

The aspect of importing and re-exporting goods in trade calculation is another fallacy that the administration has had misconceived ideology. In this state, there was no way production would be increased in the United States while the same products were sold out cheaply by Chinese nations and the United States population could afford. On its measure to curtail this aspect, the administration was missing the mark since there was no way they could make the goods affordable to its citizens in such pricing. An example of its failed alternative was during the post-World-War 2 eras with Japanese having a trade surplus in the United States for its products. Chinese enjoys an absolute over the United States in terms of production of certain goods.
