Aerobic exercise can be described as an action which uses great muscle groups which are sustained incessantly and are recurring in life. The exercise is also commonly referred to patience working out. This type of exercise depends on the aerobic type of energy that is in form of adenosine triphosphate that is ATP which is derived from amino acids together with fatty acids. Exercises that can be termed as aerobic are cycling, mountaineering, marching and trotting. The actions resulting from aerobic exercise can be gotten through the aerobic power that is distinct by the American College of Sports Medicine as the result of the cardio respiratory structure to provide oxygen together with the capacity of the skeletal muscles to use oxygen (90).

Combination of anaerobic and aerobic exercises has a positive result on lipid metabolism. Obese persons are expected to try aerobic exercises in order to have a positive benefit followed by anaerobic exercise. A study conducted showed that merging of aerobic and anaerobic exercises in reducing body mass index. Conversely, there are shortcomings of combining the two where anaerobic exercise leads to reduced human growth hormone which results to body mass index. Both exercises are recommended because it is necessary to consider the heart and the body health. In tandem, there is no category of the two exercises, which can be termed as advanced than the other in having an elongated advantage on health. One is encouraged to practice the two types of exercises which will help one have a positive impact on the heart and body health.
