Field experience reflection
In this regard, she assisted me in establishing a strong personality as a school administrator who believes in leading with purpose, integrity, and reliability while promoting the well-being of all the students. While in her office, I observed her steps in approaching issues and read a lot of achieves in the office. I came to realize that, educational leaders must get guided by professional standards both in short and long-run functions of the school. According to the National Policy Board for Educational Administration (2015) defines a school administrator as an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by acting with integrity, fairness, and in an ethical manner. To meet the set standard, I consider conducting the student and staff assessment for student’s problem identification and align the staff’s desired personality traits to school’s mission and vision for student improvement positive behavior outcomes.
