The industry is expected to do its operations in an efficient manner, protect the privacy of its patients and to abide by the guidelines stipulated by the law. These expectations from the industry stand as a challenge to it because patients, analysts, professionals in the field and other people in and around the industry hold concerns for it. A SWOT analysis has to be conducted to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the healthcare industry (Helms, Moore and Ahmadi 2008). These distribution centers are efficient for their manufactures and clients, they help making the products available in time for the hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare facilities that need their services.

Its distribution services serve ninety five percent of health care facilities in United States. Its distribution services have been expanded to serve home distributions for their clients. Weaknesses Firstly, although the company is among the leading competitive businesses of its kind the investments it has put in researching and developing of products is a lower estimation to the company’s expectation. Its innovative strategy is not competitive to other leading companies. Secondly, in other markets the company faces a shortage of labor since skilled people in the line of services it offers are minimal. This poses a threat to the profits made by the company in these areas (Fein 2016). Conclusion With the availability of an online platform that is readily available, the company should use it to its maximum.
