The organization has been one of the global largest integrated gas and Oil Company for over 80 years as well as fast and main developers in exploration, production, refining, marketing and distribution of hydrocarbons. The organization president and CEO called Dr. Amin Nasser. The organization controls a territory that has already been proved as a reservoir of over three hundred billion barrels of oil in equivalence (Stegner 2018). The organization culture is that it has been under a management of a CEO and as well has headquartered offices which are used to run the organization administration functions and structure. The change brought a lot of changes in the organization; the formation and establishment and collaboration of the organization with the YASREF brought a lot of international recognition to the company thus opening new market opportunities for the organization products (Wald 2016).

The new collaboration made the organization produce high-quality products as China brought its new employees who collaborated with the state experts to excavate and produce high-quality diesel and liquefied petroleum (Anderson 2017). The high demand and pressure for the organization to move into the new era where it will influence positively the state development and economic diversity pushed the organization to look for a method to solve the problem. Also, the organization was pushed by the national government to create job opportunities and knowledge to the citizens, in addition, made the organization form a partnership with the Sadara. In 2015, Sadara started its first production. The new collaboration made the organization produce high-quality products as China brought its new employees who collaborated with the state experts to excavate and produce high-quality diesel and liquefied petroleum (Al Ghamdi & Thomson 2018).

In addition, the company embraced the change in order to show that the organization was committed to the state energy efficiency and also be the top and leading organization to lower the surroundings effects by the use of technology techniques (Hoyos 2017). There had been high greenhouse gas intensity within the within the global energy mix and this forced the organization to look for a better and efficient way to reduce or lower the intensity as it was highly harmful and continuous ignorance will result to more harmful and increased rates of greenhouse gas level (Hoyos 2017). Therefore the organization decided to start a pledge that will help in the reduction of the gas intensity as explained above. The first thing the organization should have considered is the availability of its products within and outside the country.
