Motivational counseling aimed at counseling of clients to change their behaviors’ in order for them to resolve and explore ambivalence. It had influence on client’s spirit since it was developed to interpersonal relationship between counselors and the clients. Motivational interviewing it was more determined and goal focused towards serving clients compared to other non-directive counseling (Gatchel & Oordt, 2003). It developed Rogerian therapy by use of various directions. They include influencing clients to change their behavior and this was their central target compared to other non-directive motivations. Psychoneuroimmunology is used in motivational interpretation to tackle two sectors that is both social and psychology that influences patient’s behavior. This study aimed at stretching on the relationship between human behavior, and other system coordination in the body.
