It aims at providing sufficient literature review on the topic and coming up with an outlook to the issue and determining the conditions under which an individual may be released on bail within the defendants and to ensure that they are always within the state or region that their court is to be heard. This will prevent them from running away before the case is heard. Additionally the defendants can be given a detail o follow them to every place that they go which will reduce the chances of them running away. ReferenceCole G. F. Smith C. E. & DeJong C.
