For an organization to run smoothly, supervisors should be in a position to tell when there is conflict and try bringing the involved parties together and resolving the disagreement. Conflicts in an organization can be two types, that is, personal and structural. The discussion will be revolving around the two trying to establish how they cause conflict in an organization.
