This nature of comparison will be useful in determining the nature of relationship between Indian and Greece culture. The sculptures will also be useful in revealing information about their way of life. The second reason for comparing the two types of sculptures of Indian and Greek culture is because the two artworks portray creativity which can be used to strengthen modern art. The idea of understanding modern art will in turn make people to appreciate the work of art in both India and Greece. Also, this kind creativity can be used to improve artwork content which is studied in learning institutions ( Doniger, Wendy pg 43). The Greek sculptures from archaic and classical period had religious significance. Currently Greeks also value their religion which has its base from ancient sculptures.
