Assess various methods of collecting primary and secondary data Name Institution Data collection has always been a critical segment when it comes to research. There exist various approaches to data collection respective of whether they are primary or secondary data. Primary data is explained as the information got from the source. Its first hand and some of the ways used to get it include observations survey and through experimentations. It's limited to any manipulation and processing hence the primary name data. On the other hand secondary data is explained as information collected by a party which will not be the end user of the data (Leduc 2008). Some sources of this data include newspapers books trade journals and magazines. In the following articles the researchers have used various approaches in collecting the relevant information. The observational method is commonly used in studies which have a relationship with behavioral science. In all the four studies the results applications and conclusions came into down into one thing which was making the situations much better as they appeared before and provided a whole new experience with them. They articulated the limitations and attempted to give a solution on what should be done to have a better system. Without these I could be difficult for to identify the steps to take to the next level. References Furrer &Sudharshan. (2001). Internet Marketing Research; Opportunities and problems.
