In an attempt to solve the unemployment issue, the government is putting more effort to reduce the gap between the unemployed and the employed people by creating some social units. Furthermore, changes are being administered within the education system. The new system may be able to offer the residents of a country the required skills to enable them secure self-employment. Unemployment is not only an independent factor among the members of the society. There are some other driving forces towards unemployment. Unemployment 3% 5% Inflation 6% 2% Inflation Unemployment From the above Philips curve, it shows that there is an inverse relationship between unemployment and ‘inflation within the economy. That is as the evil of employment decreases, the level of inflation also increases and as the level of inflation increases, the level of unemployment decreases.
