  What if my current organization uses the system? Supply chain management controls the movement of goods and services and engages different activities that involve changing the raw materials into final products (Christopher, 2016). This means that if my organization makes use of the system, it would maximize the value of the customers as well as gaining a competitive advantage in the market place because the system streamlines business activities. The main objective of the system is developing a supply chain that is economical and efficient, and this shows that it would enable my company to yield more profit out of it due to the reduced costs. The system would also lower the delays involved in the delivery of goods. Loss of a business and poor relationships occur in business due to the delays in supply chain management.
