The new leader, Van Der, introduced changes in structures and processes to be involved in order to build the good image of the Shell, (Verloop and Jan, 2006, p. With that, the Company under the new leader has to do what it takes to accomplish its mission. This project aims at improving the structure of the leaders and employees and processes of delivering quality services towards achieving the set goals. As the projects involve different departments, each department must have a director to ensure good delivery of information regarding certain duty. In addition, there must be a manager in charge of all the department who is supposed to deliver what is required or what the other departments have to do.

Furthermore, the project to be fully initiated, it has to be done for thirteen weeks. The deliverables such as proposed structure and processes for delivering quality services has to be achieved. For the completion of the project, it has to go 5 phases as shown in the Gantt chart. VI) Implementation Approach and Strategies In order to achieve the main objective of the project, the qualified personnel from different parts of the world are to be hired. This personnel whose key task will be taking the Company in the right direction of achieving what has been planned. In addition, hundreds of employees are to be employed to make the goals achievable. In this regard, there have laid strategies to be followed such as; each head of the department within the organization must be present and always looking what his or her employees are doing and if possible seek for help if there is any problem arising.

Furthermore, all the required resources for the employees and leaders are to be availed to make approach taken to be successful. This is because when one is impatient his or her plans obviously fails. In addition, I would work harder to achieve the success expected, (Kwee et al. , 2011, p. In this project proposal, there are strengths which assisted the company in achieving its success. First, there were able leaders which geared the project. It was also used to identify the mistakes done by both leaders and employees when performing their duties. Through this, one’s weakness was identified. Once identified by the owner, it was upon him or her to improve on it. This served as a tool for improving everyday activities. In addition, the tracking device helped in monitoring the behaviors of everyone either working or not. Mine was a major one as opposed to the others and therefore it was much difficult to deal with it when other projects were complete. This competition was not comparable and it gave my project hard time thus a weakness of my project.

Besides the weaknesses, the project proposal also had some limitations. For instance, due to large data which was to be collected from different journals and online materials, the data collected ended up to be too little for the project, (Beale, Frederick, and Mario Fernando, 2009, p. This did not favor proper research which was expected. Conclusion In summary, the project was a success despite the above-mentioned weaknesses and limitation. To ensure the smooth running of the developed project, strengths need to be considered and put in to practice. In addition, the weaknesses and limitations need solutions to make project effective and significant to everyone. The aim of the project was restructuring its internal structure of employees, leaders, and processes for the quality deliverance of services was achieved.
