Fitness equipment in Cascadia are meant for health benefits such as increasing muscles and adding energy and thus they are mostly used by students during weekends and on holidays when they are free. Lack of movement brings about fatigue and loss of focus leading to minimal information being saved in our memories. University education requires a lot of research, good memory, and creative thinking which can be achieved in a short-term through exercise. This explains why students of Cascadia College don’t do well despite having the best lectures, a variety of reference materials in the library and having various gym equipment in the facility which is used for health benefits rather than for educational benefits. Cascadia College students should be allowed to jog for 10 minutes before the start of every lesson or taking breaks between lessons and attending aerobic training for 20 minutes.
