This action is just flowery. There is no way such a complex investigation can be completed without different minds coming together. In real life situation, a serious investigation involves experts from different fields so that they can break the obvious sameness that tends to rock the scene of the crime. When Horatio does everything alone, the viewer is left wondering, does it mean that one person can perform such huge work alone? Again, why are many forensic experts needed if at all one person can complete an investigation task alone and on time? In the Blood Brothers, the scenario is exaggerated because there are too many investigators. In the Miami CSI, especially in 0201 and 0204, Horatio investigates the evidence alone and proceed to arrest the suspect.

It is not in order to show in a public media that a forensic expert who is paid from the taxpayer’s pocket can indeed be a reason for them not to get justice. If the CSI do not uphold the truce and ethics that define or describe the practices of the forensic duties, they have no reason to feature in the media platform.
