Value statements are real, and the employees are expected to follow the regulations or frameworks supplied n the reports at all times. Since the moral obligation of the approach is ensuring that most people receive the best as a result of the decision made, it helps one to identify the solutions that are more just (Shapiro & Stefkovich, 2016). The organization is a manufacturing plant and therefore the ethical decision should have a positive effect on a large number of people and the consequences are positive outcomes.
