The communist manifesto according to Marx (2002) states that humanity has an eventual goal of living together each one having equal rights to resources and power. On the contrary, the Bible in Revelation 21:24 highlights that there will be a new Jerusalem where one King who will be God will lead people. The ultimate goal of humanity in the bible is not to have power and wealth but to be caught up in a new world. The communist manifesto agrees to the fact that authority is inherently corrupt (Marx, & Engels, 2002). The bible as in Romans 13:4 states that authority is God’s servant for your good. This is two differentiated ideologies laid down. Frederick Engel asserted that marriage was a way through which men wanted to rule women in due course and children should be taken care by the society and not family (Marx, & Engels, 2002).
