Quality has been defined differently by various experts. The top philosophers who define quality are W. Edwards Deming Joseph Moses Juran and Phillip Bayard Crosby. Deming described quality as an establishment of a non-faulty system while Juran defines it as the process of meeting customer expectations or set goals. On the other hand Crosby defined quality as the act of conforming to requirements. To achieve my goals Deming approach to quality is more applicable to my project.
