Astonishing is the fact that even state schools are pulling students under the debt group. The motive of this paper is to investigate the connection between striving for an education and the impact on education loans and student debts on derailing students’ future.Acquiring education in colleges is becoming a trap for student’s future opportunities. They find themselves working at night shifts to repay acquired loans in order to control their debt accumulation. Some fail their examinations because of lack of enough resources for study. Others end up on a tight schedule between working and studying and end up giving up on education. A system that enables student’s to learn without the pressure of repaying loans can be a solution to such impacts on investment decisions. By so doing this study reveals that graduates are forced to choose job that have higher salaries as opposed to the public interest jobs that are paid at a lower rate. Of importance in this study is that they found out that young workers end up being debt constrained and end up not giving out donations and thus violating pledges of their senior years in school. My Assessment: The fact that students find it difficult to make decisions on investments even after completion of their school constrains them to a difficult life style.Their continue to borrow and this leads to accumulation of more debts. The study above eliminates the possibilities of debt aversion for the young workers and the obligation to repay has effects on the type of jobs the graduates will do.
