This results in an ethical dilemma because there is existent of two moral imperatives and to solve it there is need to choose the greater good and lesser evil. This case is not that simple because if you choose either you lose on the benefits of the other (opportunity cost). The case must be therefore carefully be analyzed so that priorities come in handy. Analysis using Chris Macdonald methodology Using the Chris Macdonald methodology, we analyze Ilnaz situation. We identify the ethical dilemma which is clearly stated at the beginning of the task. • Ensure that there are self-fulfillment, competence and some freedom to make the best decision concerning work. • Communicate any conflict of interest or objections in the workplace to the relevant persons as soon as possible.

Having incorporated the values, the organization together with interested parties acquires some benefits which include ensuring the right and dignity of the employees are well upheld. In addition, the company is able to promote its image rather than destroying it by employing the right values and ensuring that every staff is well catered for. In the case of Ilnaz, she may be placed with another female colleague to work with to prevent the organization from departing the socio-cultural norms of international workers. Conclusion The analysis is helpful in outlining the relevant values to be upheld according to the Australian Computer Society and useful clauses. The incorporation of the MacDonald Framework in solving ethical dilemma has reduced the complexity of the issue and made it easier.
