The intervention in Syria is not healthy for both countries and furthermore the whole world. 1 The intervention has five key benefits such that Russia claims the primary responsibility for resolving political differences in Syria. Secondly, it will encourage Moscow to have an influence over the regime of Syria relatively to Iran in an unlimited term. Also, Russia will illustrate its military superiority in a highly noticeable approach. Lastly, Russia would be able to change its focus on Ukraine to Syria because of the rising probable threats. Through Hilary Clinton, the United States stated his stance of opposing the Syrian war. First Assad government was sanctioned by the United States following the executive order released by Obama that targeted Bashar Assad and other officials.
Also, Hilary Clinton portrayed Assad as a person who has lost legitimacy. 5 On August 2011, Obama issued a statement saying that “the future of Syria must be determined by its people. However, president Bashar is standing in their way” Obama insisted that President Assad must step down for the sake of the citizens of Syria after multiple fails of dialogue and reforms. The united states have provided special support in Iraq by providing ground artillery and Special Forces. Through this strategy, it reaches a point where it is tipping the balance with the aim of defeating ISIS to a point where ISIS has no power over any territory. Furthermore, it can be said that these wars can be a war between the United States and Russia over Syria.
