Tobacco addiction is the process whereby the tobacco user becomes dependence to nicotine which makes the tobacco withdraw process tough. Comparative to sexual addiction, tobacco addiction has both cultural and legal ramifications. Many pieces of research indicate that there are more deaths associated with smoking than HIV and accidents in Australia. Progressively, sexual addiction negatively affects the culture of the society. Sexual addicts neglect their families and responsibilities because they are caught up in many relationships that drain their money. Imprisonment due to rape is one of the legal consequences associated with sexual addiction (Calvo & Martinez, 2015).
