Transformational Leadership Developing

Regrettably, this is the element of transformational leadership that I have not been able to develop. Individualized consideration is an essential element since it comes first in the development of this type of leadership. Resultantly, if I would be able to develop this element efficiently, my transformational leadership style would be magnificent since all the following steps and elements would be easier. Therefore, I will work to create individualized consideration by learning how to identify skills and talents possessed by my peers or members of the department. After learning to assess abilities, I will train and mentor the healthcare workers into next-generation leaders. Also, engaging in conversations with patients also aids in assessing satisfaction with the current services and notifying them of the culture of change of the hospital.
