IMPORTANCE OF THE SWOT ANALYSIS

What’s more intriguing and provoking is for one to try and admit to their weaknesses and find external threats that affect one personally. What’s more, I learned some opportunities that may be in my future if I utilized my strengths and even worked on some of my weaknesses. Thus from both milestones of analysis, I have learned how to manage my time better by doing something constructive towards improving my position and performance in the company ( Mark Graf, 2018). For instance, I plan to get more organized to enhance my productivity and performance Therefore I could become an even more significant asset to the company that could even get me a more advanced position or better pay. Besides I have come to understand with such an analysis one can reasonably figure out how to improve on themselves and choices made in one's career.
