Diverse education is important to teaching as a way of motivating and encouraging human development. Teachers to effectively achieve diverse education, students must be able to understand and appreciate human diversity. When teachers are preparing for diverse classrooms, they should emphasize a broad education in the liberal arts an initial course in multicultural education. If students in the class are motivated to learn efficiently effectively and with joy than pain due to their difference in learning styles then, the cultural difference in design and delivery the curricula must be taken into account.

To achieve absolute diversity in the classroom the main objective should be accommodation and inclusion and must be done diligently and applied to assessment criteria, course content, and materials. Furthermore, some of the practices are tedious, but the teacher should be convinced that diversity is crucial and have benefits (Pearce et al, 212). Therefore, a classroom that promotes diversity in learning and teaching creates an inclusive community of critical independent learners, who will help the society and nation at large to alleviating cultural discrimination in the education system. Educators know that students carry what is on their minds with right into the classroom. Teachers should be explicit about the way student in the class respect each other and share opinions, ideas, and values.

Use restorative practices to promote self-management, relationships skills, self-awareness, and responsible decision making. This challenges the negative stereotypes openly and immediately. It creates a class where norms give students ownership over their community. A teacher who employ this flexible and ready and redefines norms as needed (Nagel, 20). This shows students various representation of their culture and other cultures (Nagel, 20). Thus creating respectful ways for the student to have diverse experiences adds value to the learning experience. Celebrating diversity in the classroom can be conducted during holidays such as Christmas and mother's day. Mother's day is a very important day in every year's calendar, where our dear moms are celebrated. by sharing stories that demonstrate their awesomeness, how they have inspired us in our careers, made sure we were alive and generally made us better people.

Therefore, teachers can decide to hold a party in the classroom and invite all parent from a different background to celebrate together. The teacher can prepare the day to make a meal for all kids and their parents as well as make it be time for gifts, where kids are given a gift by their parents. This will be a wonderful opportunity to look beyond the Christian holiday traditions and explore some more general and positive message that will encourage interactions and association of festive season. In conclusion, with today’s changing political climate and culture, diversity is becoming an important subject in everyone’s mind. In the education system, students have been exposing to diversity in bad and good ways.
