Apparently, human beings exhibit certain behaviors as they evolve from one stage to another. In this regard, there is a possibility that an individual can find out the behavior of human beings at different stages of evolution (Csikszentmihalyi, & Rocheburg-Halton, 1981). For example, research can learn the behaviors of the human beings in Homo erectus and Homo sapiens stages of evolution. The researchers can use objects to determine the level of his interaction in the environment. According to the research, artifact is a vital method of data collection because it acts as a research tool to find out certain information, which cannot be traced through observation or through interviews (Lowe 2013). An artefact is a method of data collection in which the researcher gains knowledge, which surrounds a particular setting.
