Business with Humanity in Mind

With these experiences I strongly cultivated my leadership and was able to know definitely how to coordinate the relationship between group members and solve the personnel conflict by communication. At workplace I was in the department of human resources (HR) where I worked for two years. At some point I was given the role of leading in the planning and organizing an evening party. At this point I discovered my ability to work with teams, plan effectively and make events happen. When working in the HR as mentioned, my leadership abilities was tested when I was told to plan an evening party. For instance, eloquent people were made responsible for negotiation, clear-minded people were given the role of devising processes and the crafty personalities were given the duty of making props.
