 On the other hand, cultural studies about the roles and powers of women give a divergent opinion that women are capable of claiming some power from men through the use of personality and knowledge gained from childhood. Therefore, classical civilization grounded upon the cultural documented ideologies that explain the motives explicitly behind women informal education from childhood and the different nature of society’s ways of doing things. This essay explores the comparison in the role of women in the case of China and India to showcase of patriarchal inequality sequences. Chinese adopted Confucianism system and also created some informal space for women to practice their powers, while Indians’ system not only views the role of women in connection to religion and emotional vulnerability but also their absolute morals are attached to love and physical appearance (Stearns, 2008).

  According to Liu Xiang, a scholar in women biographies described women in light of their roles as a dedicated mother, not a good wife, and finally their universal features and duties (Stearns, 2008). For example, a woman never survives by her means always follow the husband even to the grave for the sake of her happiness, and the husband stands out like a small god to his wife (Stearns, 2008). Sita emphasized and declared to join Rama in exile despite the consequences. Rama fought tirelessly and made it secure his wife Sita from abduction, and he showed his power to Sita through wise words of victory. Sita through her words she explains how an Indian woman should demonstrate her love and affection to her husband at all the times even when death knocks at the door.
