The organization has only managed to get five hundred users that are below its expectations. Digital transformation is major factor that determines the performance of an organization. Organizations that have mastered the art of technological advancements in marketing perform better than organizations that do not understand the art. Various marketing leaders have come up with ways through which the digital transformations can be used to improve marketing. The major concepts of concern in the research would be determination of the already existing advancements that have been done in technology to improve marketing, determination of appropriate marketing platforms and the automation programs required in ensuring that marketing is done smoothly through social media. The company uses technology to help in ensuring that every individual fits where they belong ("Intro to Fillin", 2018).

The company started to help basket players mainly but it has expanded to other games like Tennis and Volleyball. Marketing Problem In as much as the company embraces technology in ensuring that there is ease in communication. It seems that the marketers of the company have taken a little focus on the impact of various social media platforms to ensure that it acquires a big customer base. Technological advancements act as the major ways through which companies can ensure that they get to their targeted customers (Singh & Hess, 2017). The company helps the players to identify their nearby teams. However, it does not give the players insight the gaps that the teams require. For instance, in as much as a player might recognize the existence of a particular team, they might not be able to decipher whether their position is missing (Nesamoney, 2015).

The company needs to understand that there have been various technological that influence the marketing of particular products and services. The organization needs to check on the most social media platform and utilize it attract a bigger customer base. Fillin company is one of the companies that need to utilize technology to ensure that it attracts a wider population to its products. However, the company does not utilize the social media platforms that have been introduced by technological advancements like facebook, Instagram and twitter to market its product. It is impossible for a technological company to only attract five hundred clients yet facebook alone allows for about five thousand friends per person (Nesamoney, 2015). Furthermore facebook pages allow as many followers as the organization can acquire.
