Studies show that if teachers are effective managers of a classroom, high levels of achievement are attained by their students and they are very much interested in the subjects being taught to them. If the contrary happens, the results are poor as well (Zimmermann 189). Failure to have trained teachers leads to them failing to understand the different strategies which are required to ensure that all students in their classes are comfortable with their modes of teaching. Some research has been done in the past and indicate several issues concerning lack of training in teachers. Failure of students for such cases is a common repercussion and this is as a result of the teachers lacking the basic knowledge such as the understanding that they should always be one chapter ahead of the class, clearly understanding the key concepts of the subjects they are teaching (Arends & Sharon 24).
