Primarily, the discovery of communication networks and global network or internet was the initial changing innovation ever to be experienced. It is not the only aspect, but the likes of cloud computing and the great Internet of Things (IoT) has further defined the current nature of technology. Every single enterprise or organization operates towards gaining a competitive advantage and above it all achieving its defined vision, goals, and objectives. The essay provides an exclusive description of the dynamic technological capabilities experienced in my organization that has given it a competitive advantage. An analysis of the aspects is provided in reference to the identified literature about the associated concepts. The policies have given the directives on how the organization should operate. They must be followed as defined within the business and as a result giving the organization a unique structure and processes.

The policies further guide the employees on how to carry out their responsibilities and thus providing some determinants and restrictions on their actions. The policies and standards have eventually given the business the business a competitive advantage by providing exclusive, unique operational processes and structure. In connection, it defines the communication channel and the overall flow of information. The urgency is created such that the change is demanded by the associates of the firm such as the employees, stakeholders, and customers. The determination of change urgency is derived from the data analytics done within the big data owned by the business. The capability makes the business to adopt further unique ways of operating that are totally different from the competitors. These ways aim at winning customer loyalty and thus earning the business a competitive advantage.

The capability is different from the Imran, Rehman, Aslam, and Bilal (2016) journal that outlines on the organizational change cynicism which is basically the change resistance experienced from the stakeholders. Selection of talented personnel brings more expertise and influence to the business than just based on work experience and professionalism. In summary, these defined capabilities have the great power of facilitating the adoption of executive technological applications which gives the business a unique structure and mode of operating that definitely means a gain of competitive advantage for the organization.
