Bullying Change Essay

The only key to succeeding in preventing bullying is intervention at early stages. The early interventions include not only the art of disciplining the bully due to his or her choices in life, but also impacting new skills to the bully that are needed to interact with others in a positive way. Antonio, a fourth-grade student is a bully and needs to make a change from his actions. Being at a tender age there is the need for guidance in order for Antonio to change the behavior. This conceptual paper tries to devise a method that can be used to help Antonio change his behavior to a better one. Through the process of learning as well as understanding that bullying is not good from others, the child who practices bullying will eventually need to change from that.

This may be capacitated by the fact that the child was not aware that bullying is not good due to the background. Every society has got its own deemed standard for conduct thus it forms the basis of regenerating its social people who hope and need to be social agents. A social agent is sometimes under great pressure to the norms of the society that needs to be upheld to the latter (Kenny, 2007). In the context of a school, a teacher has the duty to transform a child and prepare the child for the life after school. d).
