There is thus an unspecific expectation of trying to make the new system better. This means that the current system that primarily comprises of emails and letters has to be compared with the new system comprising of mobile apps databases and a website. I belief this will be the best move. Alternatively the new technology also have website and a database and as such Tinkoff will be able to use the web-based application in ensuring direct communication with their market segment.
