Administrators need to embrace this accountability as they gain more control of the schools this is because they are held responsible for the funds that are sent to the schools by the government. School administrators should make sure that the school buildings are in good condition not only for effectiveness in teaching and learning process but also to reduce the cost required to build new building. This paper describes the need for budget reduction in the Green Brook School System which is undergoing serious financial problems and what should be done by the administrators in order to avoid future financial problems. The principals need to plan different educational events in the schools which include good exploitation of sites and time frames means of transport and car parks arrangement. After analysis of the causes of financial problem in schools and how they can be solved then there is need to reduce the budget allocations in schools. This is because the school administrators are now aware of their responsibilities in maintenance of the buildings and other facilities to reduce costs.
