The goal of the business is to develop soldiers who are not only trained for combat but also responsible characters with a broad skill set including leadership skills and a value system that involves respect for human rights. One of the chief aims of the organization is to enhance the capacity of the military force to respond to both external and internal threats including war, terror and natural disasters. Some of the advantages the organization is likely to enjoy include diversification of business risks, the lowering of costs and the acquisition of access to new customers.
