Now the fight between legalizing marijuana and prohibiting it has raised a lot of tension within New York since the percent of either yes to the drug or now comes to almost equal. despite all the benefits that will be uncounted after enforcing the official use of them, the worst side of it will still be a big trouble because it will affect the country as whole but not a group of users as it is.

First of all the drug has a side effect which if it will not be avoided then the future will be spoiled for the young generation. The government should not tolerate any claim that the drug can be used as medicine through the economic advantage of the drug compared with other drugs like quinine and other useful herbs are minimal. Marijuana is like a luxury commodity which should not be given more attention in its consumption as either medicine or drug. Even if the act that the legal authority passes out that then the drug will have a body that will govern it in any control. Collecting tax and revenue from legalizing the drug will not stop the side effect that will be caused when the drug is in use.
