However, the millennials are not only focusing on fast foods restaurants, but they are also watching for the best, healthy and fresh foods from such restaurants. McDonald's has not been able to capture this specific group of millennials that eat out. This is because most millennials not only watch out for fresh and healthy foods, they also fit in any restaurant that promotes social awareness through aspects such as environmental sustainability. The reputation of McDonald is not felt by this particular millennial group. According to research, the number of millennials frequenting the restaurant has dropped by approximately 12%. The main focus of t the target market are children, the young adults, and mothers. The strategy is effective as the target customers make up for a big market; mothers and children.

This strategy is however beatable by other companies in the industry as McDonald's hasn’t fully applied fresh and healthy foods in their strategy though most parents take their children to a healthy restaurant. What is McDonald’s international organization strategy? Is it effective? McDonald's is implementing a leverage in domestic and foreign market share as it is trying to sell its products and service to both markets. The main focus is to make food preparation simple by reducing the use of preservatives. According to me, the best way McDonald's could gain the business, it is through quality service delivery. This is the primary and backbone of the main challenges being faced by the company at the moment. Quality services will entice customers and this will result in the company having a high saturation of customers who might imbalance the supply-demand curve.
