Evaluation report for my placement

The placement has been a starting point for most professionals in various fields including the healthcare field. It completed my placement in Zealp Hospital which is a healthcare facility that offers various healthcare services to patients including mental healthcare services. This is my evaluation report for my placement. Integration of theory to practice in a specific work setting First is that students are provided with the opportunity of applying technical skills and subject knowledge in a professional world. It also helps students have an insight into the culture, organizational discourse, used skills, professional socialization, and working relationships. The manager of the organization was very friendly and on several occasions, the manager organized some parties for everyone so that they can feel encouraged and motivated.

This helped me address all the issues that I had in the organization. some of the issues that I had in the placement included issues of time management as well as lack of support from the organizations that I would with. It was difficult for me to keep moving from one area both in the healthcare facilities and also in the community. The organizations hardly offered me enough assistance. The issue of reporting to work late was taken as very serious issues. This was unethical for a person to arrive at the organization rate since this attracted a lot of punishment. However, some areas needed to be rectified to make the organization better and more professional. Despite placements being significant, they need to be looked at very critically.

Areas to be looked at seriously include managing relations in investments, students' support, ensuring reflective practice that is critical when they return to their campuses and students' development. Therefore, the placement is evident that it increases the student's knowledge of a sector or industry, and these allow them to make wise decisions concerning their future careers. A research that was undertaken at the University of Aston looked at the possible links that are between academic achievements and placement. This research, on the other hand, suggested that more potential students have higher chances of being involved in first place placements and that the level of performance in improvements is not based on investments but a successful arrangement (Belfield & Crosta, 2012).   Critique the application of legislation and policy within a social work organization The entity that completed my placement put various norms and virtues in a priority.
