When there is a close working relation amongst health providers, a communication environment is developed where past patient records are collected across various past providers. This would reduce the conditions where a patient would have to be examined based on their medical charts without more insight s to the conditions. Through collaboration, patient care is made more comprehensive since departments and other health facilities linkup together to review care. A more concentration is put on patient approach, where the goal among health providers is made same across the bar most of which is patient-centered. However, collaborations elicit more conflicts in the manner and styles to which work is done in various departments and other centers.
