We are ready to present you with our findings about our research we conducted. Our research was about the hospitality and management in two hotels in Australia. The two hotels are Hilton Hotel Melbourne South Wharf and Langham Hotel Southbank. SLIDE 1 Our task was to compare the two top hotels basing on the services they offer prices security bookings promotions and other additional facilities that make them successful in every hotel to beef up security within their facilities by either installing security cameras and employing a security personnel to guard their firms and this will encourage more visitors since everybody is concerned with security. The management should employ skilled workers with customer service experience to champion their services. Employees should be rewarded and motivated for the good work and also workers should be trained on customer service.
