The trade relations between the two world economic giants, US and the china have been seen to benefit one country, that is, the US. This is in line with the theory of realism which explains that those countries which are able to hold powers over others will thrive since they will be able to shadow the progress of other less powerful nations(Brown). The tactics being deployed by the US on the trade with China can vividly be seen to trap Chinese progress at a time it is trying to make an impact in terms of trade on the international standards. This creates controversy on the side China lie when it comes to economic developing since it has already surpassed the WTO standards as a developing economy creating conflict between itself and the US economic wise.
