Outcome measured were fasting plasma glucose and serum lipoprotein profile. The result of the study revealed that a lower fasting plasma glucose, low cholesterol and low serum cholesterol towards the end of the exercise when compared to when the exercise was started. The conclusion from the study suggested that short lifestyle modification and stress management favors metabolism that later lowers the chances of developing they type 2 diabetes.
