Cornell University is not a nursery school where a majority of the population may not have a clue on the importance of doing physical exercise. I believe that every person in the institution knows or has a slight insight on the mental and physical wholesomeness in our bodies that is brought up by the act of subjecting our bodies into exercises. Acting in the capacity of Director of Student Recreation at Cornell University I have noted a few measures that can be applied to counter the existing challenge of low student turnout in physical exercise participation. In addition to this have also designed some applicable program should also be designed in such a manner as to allow enough time for assignments and physical activities. If possible a follow-up program should be put in place to facilitate consistent participation.
